For your maximum protection, every order shipped by our company is fully insured against loss, pilferage and damage. On each shipment we includes a PIN (Package Identification Number) that makes the tracking of our lost shipment easy and fast (allow 30-90 days for postal tracer).
Please note: order under one pound are send US mail and are not track able. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and Rush Delivery shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes. SHIPPING CHARGESYour shipping charges are base on the package destination and the dollar amount of your order. A 10% shipping and handling will be charge for orders $ 90.00 and above. A $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be charge for orders under $ 90.00.
Note: That sometimes item may require extra shipping charges because of their size and weight. We have selected UPS as our shipping company, and assure you that our products are expedited in fulfillment and delivery. Depending on your selected product or products, they could be shipped separately or in one container from California. Normal UPS delivery time applies; most products would be received in 3-5 days from your order date. Please expect some delays if ordering near holiday or weekend. RUSH ORDERSRates are significantly higher for rush Service we encourage avoid using rush service.
Sometimes you may need to give us special instruction such as “Rush-need by date specified”. We do everything possible to meet your delivery requirements.
When such an order is received, our shipping department checks with the carrier to determine if delivery can be assured by surface shipment. If there is doubt, or surface delivery is not possible, we assumed the “need by” date is critical and we will ship by air.
Our company’s policy at all times is to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. RETURN POLICYBefore returning any product for credit or replacement you must obtain a Return Authorization. Please email us at: returns@dragongiftworld.com.
AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENTTo obtain our company’s authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement email us at: returns@dragongiftworld.com within 25 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also returned within 25 days of purchase.
CONDITIONSNon-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
a) Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by our company. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
b) Sample items are not returnable.
c) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or otherwise defaced or damaged.
d) Please note clearance items are only returnable if they are defective.
Returns that do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned to the sender and the shipping cost will be charge. ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIESIf a purchase item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please email us at: customerservice@dragongiftworld.com within 20 days of the date shipment of your order. And your claim will be processed immediately. Note: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and tracking lines, must be complied with or they my denied your claim.
